Who we are ?

As the name suggests Triogen is a consulting services company that delivers professional services to enterprise customers.
While business today wants to empower its employees with the richest user experience, IT Security teams are often required to build the bridge between solutions and business requirements. While IT has enterprise solutions available to cater to such needs, these solutions are crucially dependent on design, assessment, deployment and operational support. METHODOLOGY
Our service methodology
Our delivery methodology comprises of four phases — Planning, Design, Deploy- Validate and Launch. Throughout all phases of the project, we will deliver weekly status reports and have weekly status reviews that evaluate progress, as well as identify risks and issues.

Understand and capture the business requirements and constraints.
Create an architecture design for the solution, that can be reviewed by the stakeholders
Deploy the designed solution in the production environment
Conduct user acceptance testing to validate it meets the user's needs.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable the end user.
